So i just bought a 1982 Kawasaki Jet Ski JS550 it was in storage for 8 years and hasn’t been ran since then. What should i do first to get it running? and about how much will it cost to make it a runner?

missing gas cap, battery, and exhaust down pipe
where can i get them?

I just bought this 1976 Kawasaki Jet Ski, I did a 36:1 ratio, and it runs like crap, im guessing the ratio is wrong?
